Solid coatings with protective, decorative, or special properties
Coatings refer to a general term for liquid or solid materials that, when applied to the surface of an object, form a solid film with protective, decorative, or special properties (such as insulation, corrosion resistance, and marking). This includes oil-based paints, water-based paints, and powder coatings.
Pre-coated steel coils are a new type of building decoration material, consisting of a substrate and a colour coating. Pre-coated steel coils are lightweight, easy to transport and install, available in a variety of colours, and aesthetically pleasing, making them an ideal building decoration material. The substrate of pre-coated steel coils is generally made of metal materials such as galvanized steel sheet, aluminized zinc steel sheet, and zinc-aluminium-magnesium steel sheet, while the colour coating is made of polyester, acrylic, or silicone-modified polyester, among others.
