Pre-Coated Metal (PCM) or colour coated steel, is a durable, high performance and versatile product made by a continuous, automated toll rolled coating process which applies multi-layered protective layers of primer and organic paint to a steel base, most commonly galvanized steel. This process combines the strength of steel with enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
HIGH PRECISION COATING PROCESS
PCM usually refers to the surface treatment of the substrate and then coated (roller coating) or bonded organic film and coating products, which can be further processed into the final product.
MORE UNIFORM AND STABLE LAYER
PCM turns the traditional spray coating into a continuous coating of steel coils, which is far more uniform, stable and ideal than the quality obtained by spraying or brushing a single piece of molded metal surface, and the process is more environmentally friendly.
